Return Policy

Non-Personalized:  If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any of our non-personalized merchandise, return them within 30 days of purchase in it's original condition for an exchange of the same product. In the event the product in question is discontinued or unavailable, you will be presented with a similar product of equal or higher value.

Personalized:  Due to the nature of the personalized products, refunds are not permitted. We can't resell them after they have been personalized with your name. In addition, stock merchandise isn't stored. Only raw materials that will be later artistically crafted per your order is stocked. This strategy helps GabrielFoster.com to stay online with the ever growing expense of running the website. 

Directions for returning merchandise:  Send an email to gf@gabrielfoster.com , and you'll be emailed with instructions on how to return the merchandise along with a special code.
